  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
